[Return/Exchange Shipping Costs]
- Return: 3,000 won one-way / 6,000 won round trip
- Exchange: 6,000 won
- If you return or exchange an item due to a simple change of mind or your own reason, the shipping cost is your responsibility.
- If the minimum purchase amount set by the selling artist (10,000 won) is met, and the minimum purchase amount is not met due to a return or exchange due to your own reason, the round-trip shipping cost is your responsibility.
- The shipping cost may increase depending on the number of items being returned or exchanged.
- Additional freight may be charged in Jeju/island and mountainous areas in addition to the basic shipping cost. The cost varies by delivery area, so please inquire about the return/exchange cost before purchasing.
- Please confirm the return/exchange conditions (such as shipping carrier, cost responsibility, return address, etc.) with the artist and proceed with the return/exchange process.
[Cases where Return/Exchange is Not Possible]
- If the returnable period (within 7 days of receiving the item) has passed
- If the item is individually produced according to the customer's order and has entered production
- If the item, in whole or in part, is lost or damaged due to the customer's reason (excluding damage to the packaging for the purpose of verifying the item)
- If the value of the item, such as the customer's use, passage of time, or consumption, has significantly decreased
- If the value of the item has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time (such as fresh food)
- If the packaging of the item, which can be reproduced, is damaged or the provision of digital content has been initiated.
[Important Notes for Registration]
1. In case the minimum number of participants is not met, resulting in the cancellation of the event, we will notify you of the cancellation before the registration deadline and provide a full refund of the participation fee.
2. This voucher is non-transferable.
3. Please note that program photos or videos may be posted on Instagram, YouTube, or our website.
4. The post-event gathering (2nd round) is not included. Participants are free to arrange their own activities after the program ends.
5. Participants who disrupt the atmosphere or cause problems may be forcibly removed from the program by the organizers.
[Refund Policy]
1. Free cancellation is allowed within 1 hour of payment. (Cancellation after the registration deadline or on the day of the event will not be eligible for a refund.)
2. If cancellation occurs more than 1 hour after payment, cancellation fees will be applied according to the following refund policy :
- - Cancellation 3 days before the registration deadline: Full refund
- - Cancellation 2 day before the registration deadline to before the registration deadline: 70% cancellation fee deducted from the product price, then refunded
- - Cancellation after the registration deadline or non-attendance on the day of the event: No refund

The registration deadline is set earlier than the program date to prepare for venue rental, teaching materials, and other necessities. Refunds are processed based on the registration deadline, not the event date. Please check the date and time carefully before making a payment for each program.

If cancellation is requested on October 25th, it falls one day before the registration deadline, resulting in a 70% cancellation fee.
