What is the program composition?
1. Food Option๐ด
- BBQ (Food for vegans will be provided : Bibimbap, Jeonbyeong (Korean pancake))
- BBQ cooking time will be inside of accommodation.
- Please let us know in advance if you want to choose vegetarian option.
- If you are not going to attend BBQ time, there are 6 different Korean style food Restaurants at the village(Host will let you know)
- Enjoy a K-BBQ party with international friends. Vegan options are available upon request, and alcoholic beverages are available for separate purchase .
2. Vilage Photowalk Option ๐ท
Walk through a traditional Korean countryside village in teams and enjoy various photo events. Printed photos will be provided after the event.
- Village walk by group - Photo spot will be noticed
- Mission with group friends - Take a photo of authentic side of village and talk with another participants
- Photo exhibition - Your best cut will be printed out and we are going to hold photo exhibition
- You will get 2 of your best photo printing
3. Accommodation option ๐ก
You can experience something unique by staying in a train-shaped accommodation. Plus, enjoy a free campfire experience at night!
The cost for the dormitory-style accommodation in a shared room is included in the price.
If you choose the 3-person or 4-person private room option, the payment will be processed as 0 USD, and a separate payment link will be provided :)

A budget-friendly and practical dormitory option, offering a comfortable stay in nature.
Option 2 : Private 3-person Room - Starting from 35 USD per person
A private 3-person room where you can enjoy your stay in a cozy one-room space.
You can register as a 3 friend group or solo traveler.
Option 3 : Private 4-person Room - Starting from 35 USD per person
A spacious 4-person room with a living area and separate rooms for a comfortable stay.

4. Jjimjilbang Option (Day 2 9 - 11 AM)
- Pick up car will take you to the Jjimjilbang and come back to the accommodation.
- Spend a relaxing morning at the jjimjilbang, enjoying a rejuvenating experience in the sauna.

Company takes photograph, film, video, and record them during the trip.
The Company reserves the right to use these materials for promotional and visual purposes.
[Late Arrival and Missed Bus ]
Participants who arrive late to the meeting point and miss the bus will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation.
[Cancellations]
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the trip organisers:
- Cancellations made by Nov 19th, 2024: 50% refund
- Cancellations made after Nov 20th, 2024: No refund
The Company is not responsible for any cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, or any other cancellations that may arise.
